Tasks

-Ensure projects are executed beyond design, including assembly, thorough testing, and performance optimization. -Participate in backend testing to validate machine functionality and resolve issues. -Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines and quality standards. -Lead the design and assembly of custom machinery and packaging equipment using SolidWorks. -Interface with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. -Develop and implement robotic solutions with a focus on FANUC and Universal Robotics platforms.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in SolidWorks and robotic programming (FANUC and Universal). -Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus. -Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. -Ability to follow through from design to build and test phases. -5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design and automation. -Demonstrated ability to take initiative and anticipate project needs. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
