Tasks

-Train, mentor, and supervise maintenance technicians while permanent leadership is being hired -Prioritize and resolve daily work orders with urgency and a resident-first mindset -Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, boilers, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and pools -Deliver service with attention to detail -Ensure seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal and on-call rotations, are handled with consistency and care -Partner closely with Property Managers to ensure smooth operations and positive resident experiences -Manage vendor scheduling, inventory, and capital improvement support -Lead unit turns with a focus on quality, speed (5-day standard), and move-in readiness -Step in as acting Maintenance Supervisor at assigned properties during transitions

What You Bring

-Proven ability to organize, schedule, and lead teams across different sites -At least 4 years of maintenance supervisory experience (multi-site or multifamily preferred) -Strong general repair knowledge: HVAC (certification required), plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, pool operations, and boilers -A personal basic tool set (cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, pliers, knife, tape measure, etc.) -Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required) -Flexibility to travel between Metro Denver communities as assigned
