Tasks

-Conduct site visits when necessary. -Research and apply building codes. -Engage in a variety of institutional projects, including municipal, public works, and educational. -Produce construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. -Participate in all phases of projects from schematic design to construction drawings.

What You Bring

-5-15 years of experience in architecture. -Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external engineering trades. -Previous involvement in projects from schematic design through design development and construction documents. -Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. -Proficiency in CD Production using Revit. -Experience in institutional projects such as healthcare, educational, or municipal, or large-scale ground-up commercial projects. -Degree in Architecture.
