Tasks

-Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms for the organization. -Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the project adheres to legal and regulatory requirements. -Develop and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to roads and infrastructure projects. -Ensure all contract-related documentation is filed and archived in accordance with organizational policies. -Identify potential risks associated with contracts and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
