Tasks

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you'll have full responsibility for the HR agenda while also supporting broader business operations. My client is looking for a standalone HR Manager to take the lead on people, culture, and operational support as the business continues to grow. -Lead wellbeing and sustainability initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture. -Manage employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance management) in line with legislation and company values. -Partner with managers to identify learning and development needs, coordinating training and career pathways. -Manage supplier relationships related to office operations. -Partner with the leadership team to align people strategy with organisational goals and future growth plans. -Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that reflect best practice and support a positive culture. -Design and embed onboarding and development processes to support employee retention and engagement. -Support leadership in shaping and promoting company culture, values, and engagement initiatives. -Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing professional advice to managers and employees. -Support change management, organisational design, and internal communication during periods of expansion or restructuring. -Lead workforce planning and succession initiatives to ensure the business has the right structure and capabilities. -Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from drafting job descriptions and managing agencies to onboarding and induction.

What You Bring

-Ability to build relationships and coach managers effectively. -CIPD Level 5+ qualification. -Strong understanding of NI employment law and best practice. -Experience managing facilities or office operations. -Similar HR experience (ideally in a growing SME, manufacturing, or operational environment).
