Tasks

-All employees have responsibility to ensure their practice adheres with both legislation and the fairness at work policy -Creating Consultant Appointment documents and orders appointments -Assist in secretarial duties for the company, including audio typing, word processing and the use of excel spreadsheets -Taking messages on behalf of team members who may be out of the office or away from their desk and distribute in a timely manner -Assisting the planning and technical teams in project procurement -Monitoring, recording and updating Consultants PI Insurance details -Monitoring and updating project files -Coordinating with all site and office based teams -Arrange meetings/diaries -Assembling and maintaining project health and safety documentation

What You Bring

-Good written and verbal communication skills -Ability to be well organised, self-motivated with high attention to detail -Previous experience within an office environment -Computer literate with experience of a number of different packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
