Tasks

✔ Event hosting and celebration planning in bespoke settings -Develop comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations tailored for both internal and external stakeholders. -Critically assess and provide constructive feedback on consultant deliverables at various project stages. -Guarantee that all designs comply with Indian building codes, standards, and relevant regulations. -Ensure all planning, design, and implementation activities adhere to Isprava's established standards and protocols. -Organize and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams, addressing progress and challenges. -Proactively address design-related challenges and offer effective technical solutions to construction teams. -Spearhead architectural design, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery. -Collaborate with the land acquisition team to evaluate project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits. -Engage with sales teams, project managers, and consultants to synchronize project timelines and space programs effectively. -Collaborate with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine and finalize design concepts. -Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations. -Oversee snagging and final inspections prior to handover, ensuring completion meets all specifications.

What You Bring

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fulfill the role of Design Manager / Assistant Design Manager- Architect with a minimum of 7 years for the DM - Architect role. Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in architecture, particularly in the realm of residential luxury villas. This role focuses strictly on architectural expertise and does not encompass interior design. -Strong proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations. -Extensive experience in architectural practice. -Current CTC and expected CTC. -Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous. -Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SketchUp; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage. -This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative architectural projects within a dynamic team environment.
