-Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.

What You Bring

-Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development. -A minimum of an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential to be considered. If you also have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care for adults as well, even better! -Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people. -You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills. -Management and leadership training and support with professional qualifications
