Maintain project management support functions
Engage in continuous learning—both during work hours and personal time—to build the knowledge necessary to be an effective project manager
Monitor and report on resource utilisation.
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for internal and client-facing delivery.
Organising and coordination of travel and meetings
Travel within Australia and internationally as required to support project delivery and client engagement.
Complete project risk logs and risk registers with project managers.
Liaise with internal and external clients to provide project management solutions and share relevant information.
Collaborate proactively with Haskoning teams to support the growth of maritime business activities
Maintaining the highest standards with regard to respect, integrity, confidentiality, inclusivity and diversity.
Attend business management meetings as required.
Type, distribute and file correspondence, such as minutes of meetings, letters, and memos as required.
Support FMI Senior and Principal Consultants in the delivery of Projects
Support the FMI Director and the FMI Australian Office by providing analysis and data on business performance for management and development/strategic decisions.
Review and quality-check work in line with the company’s Quality Management System.
Support the timely delivery of projects, tenders and business development projects
Support and maintain Project Cost Control including Earned Value Management (EVM)
Support the preparation of proposals, budgets, and bids, contributing to business development activities
Contribute to development and improvement of FMI by sharing knowledge and experience.

Excellent time and resource management skills to be utilised in a deadline orientated environment.
You are willing and able to travel within Australia and internationally as required.
You are highly numerate with strong analytical skills and computer literacy.
You are energetic, motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Be confident in dealing with an international team of highly motivated and often outspoken professionals.
Proactive and organised; able to work efficiently and productively with accuracy and attention to detail; ability to work autonomously.
Ability to interact at all resource/grade levels, including providing constructive feedback.
You will be required to hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance. Only candidates holding a Baseline Clearance or above should apply.

You have experience in ship, submarine and/or yacht construction, repair, or shipyard operations (including offshore and shipbuilding processes)
Comfortable and proficient working with MS Office products, particularly MS Excel and Word.
Excellent organisation, writing and communication skills in the English language.
