Tasks

-Supporting the Commercial and Procurement teams with subcontractor packages and contract documentation. -Helping monitor and manage cashflows to ensure smooth financial performance of the project. -Contributing to pricing, cost management, and margin control in line with project targets. -Collaborating with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider team to ensure commercial objectives are met. -Assisting in the preparation and coordination of procurement documentation and processes.

What You Bring

Whether you're an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor or recently stepping into the role, you'll gain hands-on exposure to all stages of the commercial process – from subcontractor procurement to cost control and cashflow forecasting. -Experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably on medium to large-scale projects. -Strong knowledge of contract administration and payment compliance processes. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial management tools. -Excellent attention to detail and communication skills – essential qualities for a successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
