Manage and coordinate MEP activities for interior fit‑out projects in Abu Dhabi.

Tasks

. Coordinate with Subcontractors: Work closely with other MEP subcontractors like firefighting and ELV teams to integrate all systems smoothly. . Manage Electrical & Plumbing Works: Oversee and ensure quality and compliance of all electrical and plumbing tasks on site. . Ensure Compliance & Documentation: Make sure all work meets local regulations and maintain accurate project records and reports. . Lead the Electrical Team: Direct and support the in-house electrical team, ensuring timely and efficient work completion. . Client & Consultant Meetings: Attend meetings with clients and consultants to discuss project updates and secure necessary approvals. -Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. -Oversee the day-to-day operations of MEP activities on-site. -Quality control and compliance:Conduct site inspections and tests to ensure systems are working correctly and meet performance benchmarks. -Documentation and reporting:Prepare and maintain all technical reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings. -Ensure all installations are performed according to project specifications and quality standards. -Handle the final project handover to the client and address any rectification point -Handover and commissioning:Oversee the testing and commissioning of all systems to ensure they function as intended. -Review and implement MEP system designs, perform load calculations, and coordinate them with interior and architectural plans. -Installation and execution:Supervise the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. -Project management and coordination:Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. -Manage documentation for approvals, inspections, and client handover. -Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely execution.
