- Serve as a strategic partner to customers and nurture senior-level relationships
- Lead the entire lifecycle of one or several major projects - from preconstruction to construction to closeout - for multiple customers
- Oversee the financial performance and risk management of each project
- Collaborate with Department Leaders and teams across the organization
- Represent the company in principal meetings with customers and subcontractors
- Work closely with the Project Operations and Field Operations personnel to drive our projects forward and resolve challenges

- You’re skilled in motivating and mentoring junior colleagues
- Bonus Points: You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree
- Required: You’re familiar with crisis management and rapid response
- Required: You have at least 15 years of experience in commercial project management, including experience on large scale, complex commercial projects
- Required: You have extensive knowledge in construction management and project finance
- Required: You’re comfortable with presenting during business pitches, company meetings, and industry events
- You’re a leader and are effective at interfacing with customers and executives
