Tasks

-Oversee construction administration and traffic management planning. -Monitor project performance and profitability. -Manage and deliver transportation infrastructure projects including roads, highways, and multi-use trails. -Lead Transportation Class Environmental Assessment studies and Complete Streets designs. -Mentor junior engineers and technical staff. -Seal technical reports and transportation designs. -Prepare proposals, tenders, feasibility studies, and cost estimates. -Support client development and cross-sector collaboration.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. -You consistently meet deadlines, budgets, and performance goals. -Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. -Minimum 8 years of experience in transportation design and project management. -P.Eng designation in Ontario. -Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. -You lead projects with confidence, clarity, and purpose. -Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation Inroads, and Microsoft Office. -Experience mentoring and leading multidisciplinary teams. -Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
