Tasks

-Support system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. -Monitor AMI tools (e.g., NetSense, MV90) for data flow, schedule execution, and device health. -Validate meter data and ensure accuracy for billing and reporting. -Coordinate firmware updates, patching, and maintenance schedules. -Collaborate with metering and customer accounting teams to resolve data or system issues.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. -Fundamental working knowledge of networks and communications technologies -Technical aptitude with dashboards, logs, and networked systems. -Clear communicator who works well across teams. -Background in utilities, metering, or network operations is a significant plus. -Proficiency with Windows 11, collaboration tools (Word, Excel, Teams) -Triage and track issues through GMP's ticketing system.
