-Support system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. -Monitor AMI tools (e.g., NetSense, MV90) for data flow, schedule execution, and device health. -Validate meter data and ensure accuracy for billing and reporting. -Coordinate firmware updates, patching, and maintenance schedules. -Collaborate with metering and customer accounting teams to resolve data or system issues.
