Overview

Perform drain cleaning, repair, CCTV surveys and high‑pressure jetting for clients.

Tasks

-Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided -Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains -Carrying out surveys -Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. -Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards

What You Bring

-High pressure water jetting and CCTV Surveying qualifications or experience equivalent -Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge -Must live in the Norfolk area -Full UK driving licence -A good level of literacy and numeracy is necessary -Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
