Tasks

As we continue to grow and expand in 2026, we’re seeking a Vice President (VP) of Revenue and Pricing Management to lead the delivery of predictable revenue growth via pricing management initiatives. You will maximize revenue and EBITDA potential through product management, sales, marketing, and call center optimization, strategic pricing, customer retention, and performance metrics. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, marketing, operations, call center, and finance to ensure alignment of revenue strategies across all channels and markets. You will also serve as a steward to the revenue management team, ensuring processes are streamlined and optimized for long-term sustainable growth.This role requires a blend of strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, financial acumen, and deep knowledge of the home services industry and revenue management best practices.Key Responsibilities:Revenue and Pricing Development & ExecutionImplement comprehensive revenue and pricing strategies that drive both top-line growth and profitability for the company. Collaborate with the CEO, CRO, and executive leadership team to define and execute revenue goals in alignment with overall business objectives. Lead the design and execution of pricing models, product optimization, sales performance targets, and promotional campaigns aimed at maximizing revenue in both existing and new markets. Revenue, Pricing, and Margin Optimization & ForecastingOversee the creation of accurate revenue and pricing forecasts, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Establish performance metrics and analytical tools to maximize revenue, optimize pricing, and product margins. Lead the refinement of revenue, pricing, and sales processes, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Sales, Marketing, and Call Center Performance ManagementPartner with the operations, sales, marketing, and call center leadership team to improve sales productivity, monitor performance, pricing effectiveness, product optimization, and implement best practices to increase win rates, deal sizes, and sales cycle efficiency. Implement a performance management system that rewards high-performance behaviors and outcomes while identifying areas for development and improvement. Drive data-driven decision-making by establishing revenue and pricing dashboards, and regular reporting on operations, sales, marketing, call center, and revenue performance. Collaboration & Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with the marketing, call center, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue strategies, focusing on product choice, customer acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper revenue recognition, pricing alignment, and alignment with financial forecasting. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor a high-performing revenue management team, ensuring clear performance expectations and a focus on continuous improvement. Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Market Analysis & Industry TrendsStay informed on market trends, pricing trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the window replacement industry, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. Lead competitive pricing analysis and adjust revenue strategies to align with market conditions, customer expectations, and company goals. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business/Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field15+ years of experience in revenue management, sales leadership, or business operations within the construction, home services, or window replacement industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling. Extensive experience with performance management, process optimization, and change management. Skills & CompetenciesMBA or advanced degree is a plus. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Expertise in sales and revenue management tools, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and business intelligence platforms. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic PE environment while managing competing priorities. Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and strategic decisions. In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, sales compensation plans, and customer acquisition and retention models. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
