Tasks

-Accountable for all aspects of requirements testing (e.g., testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production defects. -Analyzes and performs testing of upgrades, fixes, and the navigation infrastructure supplied by software vendors for functionality and efficiency. -Creates and analyzes standard and ad-hoc queries and reports. -Assures compliance to required standards and that all necessary approvals have been obtained. -Responsible for the analysis, continuous improvement, and sustainment of the IS/Service system of record as it supports the Modigent business system. -Provides functional support and analysis for one or more of the IS/Service application modules. -Acts as a strategic partner between the business community and IT development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to business applications. -May also participate as a subject matter expert for new strategic programs or initiatives impacting current and existing systems. -Responsible for understanding and transferring knowledge regarding how information systems support functional areas, the company, and its goals. -Provides application support and applies expert knowledge for deployment and administration of IS/Service processes. -Provides ongoing support post-go-live ensuring a successful implementation and supports ongoing training needs as required by the business.
