Tasks

The Vice President of Land Development will supervise and coordinate tasks between the internal engineering team and third-party firms. The goal is to ensure all entitlement and engineering phases are executed efficiently and align with business objectives and timelines. -Coordinate with Market Management, Land Acquisition, and Development teams to align schedules with financial planning. -Track entitlement progress to ensure projects meet key milestones and deadlines. -Monitor contract compliance, ensuring timelines align with business plans. -Collaborate with acquisition teams to manage critical path milestones and deliverables. -Facilitate transition between project phases by managing approvals, documentation, permits, and municipal requirements. -Monitor and report on entitlement timeframes and deposit schedules. -Participate in meetings with municipal planning and rezoning staff to stay current on regulatory trends. -Develop and manage entitlement schedules for new land development projects.
