Tasks

-Conduct online research to gather information on businesses and their property portfolios -Interpret data from the Valuation Office Agency and other sources to identify potential savings or opportunities -Make clear, evidence-based recommendations based on research findings -Analyse business rates data using Microsoft Excel and relevant systems (e.g. Analyse, RatesData) -Support business development by securing new audit instructions and building client relationships

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy -Professional, flexible approach to work and problem-solving -Proven experience in business rates, ideally within an audit or advisory capacity -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently -Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with mail merges is a plus
