-You take ownership for data and data quality as a member of a cross-organizational data governance community to ensure enterprise level data standards in support of reusability of the data.

What You Bring

-5+ years professional experience in PLM software -You have the chance to gain quick wins by setting up dashboards and simple data related apps, yourself working in small, agile teams, but as an interface between Engineering users towards IT departments taking care of maintaining our PLM architecture and backbone systems you are also key to translating business needs into realistic IT requirements -Experience with automation, programming or low-code apps for data analysis, manipulation and visualization, e.g. Python, Snowflake, Power BI, Mosaic, Alteryx -Advanced English, German is a plus -Solid experience with Teamcenter PLM, NX-CAD, SAP or similar tools and related data including data classification -Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Aerospace or similar field. -By improving our data and data landscape you are a key player to enable and drive the digital transformation of our business. This includes where applicable the use of AI in PLM data context. -You combine your knowledge of PLM data and related processes with an understanding of business needs to ensure we choose the best data management tools and solutions for our complex large gas turbine business -Excellent team skills with effective communication & interpersonal skills to blend in a multicultural and cross-organizational team; experience in handling multiple and urgent topics at the same time & setting priorities.
