-Provide directions to junior level staff inside of the project team, as needed. -Collaborate with other design disciplines for project delivery -Design of new bridges and bridge widenings -Design of retaining walls and other transportation-related structures

What You Bring

-Experience with FDOT policies and procedures highly desired -A valid driver’s license. -Bridge Inspection experience -Must possess the ability to work on multiple unique assignments simultaneously -Design-Build experience -Skills required: Must possess excellent technical skills in the design of bridges and other transportation-related structures, including experience with AASHTO LRFD -Bridge Maintenance experience -Professional Engineer (PE) Certification -Experience with FDOT, SCDOT, GDOT, and/or TxDOT bridge policies and procedures desired -BS Degree in Civil Engineering or related field -Software skills required: familiarity with LEAP Bridge (CONSPAN and RCPier specifically), MathCAD, Microstation, and Microsoft Office -Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal direction and oversight -Must have solid communication skills, written and verbal, and be able to convey information to technical and non-technical individuals. -7+ years’ relevant experience in bridge engineering,
