Tasks

-Manages customer relationship with Dispatch and Marketing Authorities -Leads teams toward productive excellence by identifying and resolving member issues. Observes, discusses, records and tracks information used to develop team members. -Generating plant operations, maintenance, and training. -Ensures integrity of plant operating procedures, policies, operator training programs, permits and record keeping. -Initiates and supports work process improvements designed to improve plant safety, availability, and reliability. -Ensures a safe work environment through appropriate training and work processes. -Hires and establishes staffing requirements and manpower allocations within the department. -Coordinates operation & maintenance activities as required.
