Tasks

-Develop onboarding checklists for new hires in various functions and departments. -Provide project management assistance for active projects and initiatives as well as support functional area lines of business. -You will be expected to provide first class service, participate in project assignments, mentoring and job shadowing while being woven into our business. -Apply your skills and talents to improving processes and workflow. -Assist with preparation of resource documentation including PPTs, checklists and procedures. -Provided assignments that include the entire mortgage process, from the initial application stage to completion.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -Display excellent written and strong oral communication skills -Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills -Ideal candidate is working toward a bachelor's or associates degree in Finance or Business Administration, or related field. -Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
