Tasks

-Development of service levels, performance measures, and business process improvement initiatives. -Perform consulting tasks associated with business process analysis, asset registers/inventories, criticality, condition assessment, and repair and renewal needs. -Improve the effectiveness of asset management technology support with master plans, business process improvement, data integration, and associated technology applications. -Evaluate utilities’ asset management activities, including asset inventories, technology support consequence of failure, condition and remaining useful life, repair and renewal needs, and cost projections. -Development of strategic asset management plans. -Perform analysis of large utility GIS, maintenance, data collection tools, or condition assessment databases to support inspection, condition assessment, and planning programs. -Collaborate with others to analyze utilities’ operational business processes and decision support system solutions. -Provide recommendations for improved operations and maintenance practices, as well as supporting technology to minimize asset life cycle costs.

What You Bring

-Ability to work effectively in a team with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellent at building both internal and client relationships. -B.S. in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Management. -8 years of consulting experience with an environmental engineering or management consulting firm or equivalent experience with a municipal utility. -Exceptional communication skills with experience of managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
