Tasks

-Ensuring safety compliance, OSHA standards, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines. -Partnering with the Property Manager to manage budgets, capital projects, and long-term planning. -Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies. -Performing and overseeing apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. -Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships. -Supervising and training maintenance staff, delegating work orders, and ensuring quality standards. -Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.

What You Bring

-HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred. -Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. -3–5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (multi-family preferred). -Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. -Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. -Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.
