Tasks

-Track and analyse asset performance versus underwriting assumptions. -Assist the Finance team with portfolio refinancing, debt covenant analysis, and performance monitoring. -Develop and improve fund-level reporting and analytics tools to enhance investor transparency and internal decision-making. -Partner with Asset Management teams to enhance decision-making through data analysis and scenario testing. -Design and build advanced Excel-based fund models to forecast asset and fund-level returns. -Support the Investment team by providing portfolio analytics to inform acquisitions and capital allocation strategy. -Prepare annual business plans across multiple funds and a portfolio of 100+ investments.

This is a highly analytical and hands-on role that offers significant exposure across portfolio management, data-driven fund analysis, and strategic financial modelling. The ideal candidate will have exceptional quantitative skills, advanced Excel modelling capability, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset. -Additional European language skills highly desirable. -Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. -Familiarity with fund structures, financing, and promote waterfalls advantageous. -First-class degree in Mathematics (or a highly quantitative discipline). -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including large, complex datasets) and strong PowerPoint skills. -Prior experience within real estate private equity, investment management, or related fields preferred.
