Tasks

-Ensure compliance with company safety regulations -Implementing QA/QC practices for final survey deliverables -Communicate regularly with team members and operation managers to keep project on schedule and meet client expectations -This position is responsible for building a team of survey technicians and managing client relations -Member of a survey team working within a group to meet schedules, client requests (internally and externally) and production expectations -Developing fees and writing and reviewing proposals -Coordinating and managing outside survey subcontractors

What You Bring

-Strong verbal and written communication skills -Valid driver’s license. -A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR). -Complex problem-solving skills -Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in Kentucky) -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Volkert adheres to federal guidelines, which may include testing for substances such as marijuana. Please note that federal regulations may differ from state-specific guidelines. -Strong organizational skills -5+ years of Project Management experience -Judgment and decision-making skills -Valid driver's license and safe driving record
