Tasks
-HUD rules and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of low-income housing programs -Market the property effectively by answering questions, conducting tours, and promoting community amenities -Completes move out of residents as per the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP).and SOP’s. Maintain a working knowledge of Housing Authority policy and procedures to assure residents have a clear understanding of changes that may affect their residency -Ensure the model apartments and target apartments are ready for show and maintaining work areas, common areas and office in a clean and orderly manner -Complete lease form or agreement and collect rental deposit -May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds -Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program under direction of Property Manager -Maintain all resident and property files -Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

What You Bring
-Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks -Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints -May be required to sit for extended periods of time while working at a desk -Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer -May be required to climb stairs -Property leasing, sales and/or customer experience -Have a thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies -Qualified candidates will have 1+ years tax credit experience -Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel -Regular “shopping” of competitive properties and remaining knowledgeable of market conditions -Onesite experience a plus -Excellent follow up skills via email and phone
