  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and HSE standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve escalated issues to ensure service quality and continuity.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, finalization, and administration for high-value service contracts.
  • Ensure alignment of procurement activities with project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional service providers.
  • Drive China sourcing initiatives for construction-related services and materials to optimize cost and delivery.
  • Lead and manage the services procurement team, including Category Leads and Buyers.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key service categories: construction, logistics, manpower, commissioning, and technical services.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on procurement performance and risks.
