Supports sales team by preparing accurate customer quotations and data entry.

Tasks

-Track and follow up on pending quotations to ensure timely responses. -Participate in training to develop knowledge of company products, pricing models, and quoting tools. -Support the creation of accurate customer quotations by gathering information from clients and internal departments. -Enter and maintain customer and pricing data in internal systems. -Respond to basic client enquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and quotation status. -Review customer requirements and product details to ensure accurate pricing and documentation. -Collaborate with senior quoting specialists and the Sales team to ensure quotes meet company standards and customer expectations.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage -Basic problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities -Experience in an office or customer service environment -Good written and verbal communication skills -Experience with CCTV or EAS systems -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); CRM or quoting system experience is a plus -Willingness to learn, collaborate, and manage multiple priorities effectively
