-Perform administrative duties such as preparing proposals, sending contract renewals, and completing required forms -Work with customers to build long-standing relationships -Be the customer’s advocate and main point of contact—directing them to the right team members when needed -Review past inspection reports to identify service needs and build accurate quotes -Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, to ensure the customer receives our unique service experience
-You must be a people person—building strong customer relationships is at the core of this role -You must be eager to learn Fire Protection Systems—we’ll train you, but you need to be committed to the learning curve -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. -Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Freedom to express ideas - a culture of willingness to test, try, modify, adopt, enhance, improve and CHANGE as needed -Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. -Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration. -Some formal sales experience is required—experience selling a service (vs. a product) is a plus -Familiarity with Hubspot, and/or ServiceTrade is a plus (but not required) -Strong computer skills are a must—proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required -Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
