Mobile HVAC engineer delivering maintenance and emergency services across Midlands/South sites.

Tasks

-Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on various systems and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports. -Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.

What You Bring

-Able to use own initiative. -Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. -Possess comprehensive technical skills to fault find and rectify. -Capable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner. -Good plumbing skills. -Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices. -Basic Electrical Safety Knowledge and experience. -Experience in all aspects of servicing, repairs and installs. -Excellent understanding of Commercial Heating Systems. -Good controls knowledge. -Knowledge of BMS Systems. -18th Edition (preferred). -Be prepared to work out of hours when required and be part of the out of hours call out rota (1 in 14). -Working on HVAC and M&E. -Unvented hot water (preferred).
