Tasks

-Generate interest in the community by effectively answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and executing sales closing techniques successfully. -Maintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditions, and assist in developing marketing plans that incorporate advertising, internet, outreach marketing and referrals to increase visibility of the community. -Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Engage current residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase satisfaction and minimize turnover. -Process all rental applications for approval and prepare lease packages, while ensuring resident and customer information is properly documented and protected. -Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units and common areas meet readiness standards.
