Tasks

Drive sales and service the demand optimally in the assigned category for the concept by ensuring the availability of the right product and brand mix at the right time -Regularly collect and analyze product feedback during store visits and sell through reports -Coordinate with the design team and vendors for the right packaging of the product -Ensure timely implementation of the planograms -Manage end to end process of product PO, confirmations, inspections, shipments and deliveries -Conduct periodic surveys to understand customer behavior, competition mapping and arrive at strategy pricing -Define min max and inner/outer carton quantities and planogram the new ranges and concepts based on stock density -Track sales performance for category post launch and take required action -Analyze and make recommendations for space planning to ensure the SPF and MPF for the department is in line with concept performance -Understand the trends prevailing in the international market and customize the same to suit the needs of the domestic market -Ensure on time orders, re-orders are aligned to the financial norms -Be aware of the trends prevailing in the market -Timely and efficient implementation of buying and seasonal calendar -Initiate buying as per OTB and ensure timely delivery and availability of right stocks at the store -Ensure on time orders and re-orders -Manage relationships with brand partners, vendors, retail and planning team -Prepare FABs and training module for assigned category -Ensure range presentation is submitted to the concerned stakeholders at defined period -Coordinate product availability for photo shoots, and products to be in the floor that are in catalogue -Align buy with the plan and drive the sales, margin and inventory for the category as per the budget -Regularly collect and analyze product feedback -Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams -Manage internal relationships for smoother implementation of business process -Work closely with Planning and MC, VM, Designer, Graphic designer to translate category goals on the floor and for adequate stock availability on the floor -Monitor the ageing of stock with reference to overall stock holding as per defined norms
