The Role

Overview

Manage night‑shift production, schedules, quality, and material flow for molding/pack‑out.

Tasks

-Ensure that Pack out areas are following schedule or be able to brief why there was a deviation. -Responsible for ensuring that pack out area’s have work orders and material in order to run -Plans, directs and manages all production activities related to their area’s manufacturing processes. -Ensures production schedules are met on-time based upon schedule and accurate records (labor reporting and production). -Positively reinforce desirable behaviors and address unacceptable behaviors and adhere to provisions of union contract. -Responsible for maintaining flow lanes to feed AQPC

What You Bring

-Must either have a Forklift license or be able to get one within 90 days of job assignment -Must be able to: learn SAP (Systems Applications and Products) confirmations and material look ups for the department, move finished product to appropriate staging areas. -Must have interpersonal skills, be flexible, adaptable, self-directed, and assertive, the ability to pass basic Microsoft Excel test -Demonstrate ability to: read/write proficiency in Microsoft office applications. (I.E. Excel and Access), use specified tooling properly, complete required Quality requirements on various systems -A minimum of one year of Molding or Pack out experience required depending on position being filled -Demonstrated mechanical aptitude as required
