Tasks
-Create performance and load testing suites for mission-critical nuclear operations software -Test software systems that manage nuclear component tracking, system testing, and regulatory compliance -Build automated testing pipelines that integrate with our continuous deployment processesDevelop advanced analytics and AI capabilities -Clean Energy Leadership: Contribute to the future of carbon-free nuclear energy -Implement data quality checks and validation routines to catch inconsistencies in critical nuclear data -Test regulatory reporting and documentation systems -Safety First: Ensure the highest standards of nuclear safety through rigorous software testing -Innovation at Scale: Work on technology that will power the next generation of nuclear facilities -Implement foundational architecture that combines Palantir's powerful data integration and modeling capabilities with quality objectives -Ensure software meets stringent nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements -Create and maintain QA/QC data validation systems, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation -Validate electronic signature systems and traceability workflows -Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks for Nuclear OS applications -Ensure testing processes conform to Nuclear Quality Assurance programs (NQA-1 standards) -Build testing infrastructure for AI-powered compliance and project management tools -Validate QA records with attributes like date, result (pass/fail), inspector credentials, and linkage to ITAAC requirements -Develop testing strategies for safety-critical nuclear software systems -Develop testing frameworks for root cause analysis tools that trace system histories, component manufacturing records, and test procedures

What You Bring
-Analytical problem-solving skills for complex system testing -CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps -Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar languages -Database testing experience with SQL and NoSQL databases -5+ years of software testing experience, preferably in regulated industries -Familiarity with nuclear quality assurance standards -Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders -Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams -Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to safety and quality -Experience with personnel qualification tracking and training record systems -Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Knowledge of ITAAC (Inspections, Tests, Analyses, and Acceptance Criteria) processes -API testing proficiency using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar -Understanding of nuclear regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks -Security clearance eligibility for nuclear facility access -Test automation expertise with frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or Playwright -Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
