Tasks

-Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards. -Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines. -Maintain detailed daily reports, progress photos, and documentation of job site activities. -Work closely with project managers, owners, and architects to resolve issues and keep projects on track. -Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations. -Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies. -Lead and manage field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity. -Manage project closeout, including punch lists and final inspections.

What You Bring
