What You Bring

-5+ years of experience in marketing or communications within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors -Experience managing digital platforms, including websites, LinkedIn, and other social media channels -Excellent writing, design, and storytelling skills to translate technical projects into engaging content -Exposure to some of the most technically challenging and high-profile geotechnical projects in the U.S. -Strong background in B2B marketing, brand strategy, and content creation -Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns, proposals, and presentations that win work -Ability to collaborate closely with business development, operations, and executive leadership to align marketing goals with company strategy
