Tasks
-Facilitateasset management capability assessments and identifying areas for improvement -Perform data analysis to support project delivery -Developing decision support tools -Contribute to the development of project outputs, including investment business cases and reports -Support project and budget management, including team coordination and ensuring compliance with PM procedures -Assist the technical delivery of asset management advisory projects, including frequent interaction with clients and working from within client environments -Support business development activities, including client engagement, preparing and managing project proposals -Undertakeidentified training to support technical excellence

What You Bring
-Data analytics and decision support tools -Degree qualified in an environmental or other relevant subject -Industry experience and/or willingness to actively embrace on and off the job training in additional areas such as decarbonisation, climate resilience, systems thinking, nature-based solutions and/or circular economy -Investment appraisal or cost benefit analysis -Industry experience in asset management, ideally in a water company or consultancy -Project management, client liaison and consulting skills -Critical thinking and analytical skills -Contract’s appraisal (NEC, PPP) -Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills. This would include the ability to review complex documents, summarise and present the key issues in a clear and concise way. -Assurance/audit experience including experience of ISO auditing -Commercial awareness and project proposal preparation -Willingness to undertake assignments throughout the UK, as well as short international visits -Chartership recently achieved through a relevant organisation (ICE, CIWEM or similar), or working at an equivalent level with demonstrable progress towards Chartership -Some experience/knowledge of ISO 55000 or another ISO standard -Resilience assessment and planning -Chartership with a relevant environmental or asset management professional institution -Certificate or Diploma in Asset Management from the Institute of Asset Management
