Tasks

-Dashboard Management: Develop, manage, and analyze project dashboards using Power BI to monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project baselines. -Autonomous Support: Proactively assist the Head of Project Controls, working autonomously to provide effective analysis and solutions that enhance project oversight. -Schedule & Risk Oversight: Conduct high-level analysis of project’s operational performance to identify trends, risks, and potential delays. Assist in implementing and monitoring project risk assessments and mitigation strategies. -Data Integrity & Analysis: Maintain up-to-date, centralized project data, ensuring it serves as a single source of truth for all reporting and analysis. -Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare insightful reports for senior management and collaborate with on-site project teams to gather accurate information and provide central support. -Central Initiatives: Support the execution of central project controls initiatives, including process improvements, system integrations, and the adoption of new technologies.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential. -Deep expertise in project planning/scheduling, with solid knowledge of scheduling & planning, cost control, risk management, quality control, and document control -On-Site Foundation: Previous experience working on-site on construction or real estate projects is required to ensure a practical understanding of project execution. -Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently. -Experience: 5-10 years of robust experience in project controls. Candidates with less than 5 years of experience may be considered if they possess an exceptionally strong technical and project background. -Advanced, autonomous skill in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data integration). -A strong interest in data analytics and technology, with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
