The Role

Overview

Perform hands‑on maintenance tasks for luxury residential community.

Tasks

-Maintains grounds, keeping common areas free of trash and debris -Performs preventive maintenance and regular community inspections as requested by the Maintenance Manager -Recommends the repair or replacement of any interior and exterior areas -Assists in completing work in “make-ready” apartments, including but not limited to painting, drywall repair, cleaning carpets floors and windows, general maintenance repairs and housekeeping -Helps maintain all mechanical equipment including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

What You Bring

Powered by JazzHR -EPA, CPO, HVAC and CFC certifications are a plus -Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards -High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, trade and/or technical school training a plus -Must live within 30-35 minutes of the property for on-call emergency maintenance response -Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in painting, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC or similar maintenance related field of work -Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record are required -This position will have 1 weekend shift. -Computer knowledge with the ability to generate work orders using a property management software system -Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment
