Tasks

-Partner with senior business leaders to gather requirements, translate business needs into BI solutions, and deliver actionable insights -Lead the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data models using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) -Manage and mentor a team of BI professionals (and interns, if applicable), fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement -Oversee data collection, validation, and governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with enterprise standards -Establish and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and data definitions to support data strategy and governance -Conduct and guide exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth and efficiency -Drive user adoption and enablement, embedding BI tools into everyday business workflows through training and collaboration

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights -Proven expertise with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and strong proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Excel Power Query) -Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field -Experience driving end-to-end BI initiatives from design to adoption -Data Analytics & Visualization -Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams -Power BI -Excel Power Query -2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles -Visibility and influence through presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
