Overview

Oversee night‑shift electrical upgrade projects across the SE US, traveling with per diem.

Tasks

-Address safety violations or other deficiencies. -Collaborate with architects, engineers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. -Collaborate with union representatives to answer questions and clarify procedures. -Maintain records related to costs and inventory. -Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness, and provide progress reports to stakeholders. -Develop and implement a schedule and cost-effective plan for project completion. -Collaborate with staff to create preconstruction estimates and budgets for materials and labor. -Ensure adherence to architectural and engineering plans and obtain necessary permits and licenses. -Monitor project budget and communicate any variances. -Coordinate and schedule work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers.

What You Bring

-Experience with Procore or other construction management software -5+ years of superintendent experience in general building and commercial construction -Experience in electrical scope work is highly preferred -Proficiency in construction and commercial construction management -Strong subcontractor management skills -OSHA 30 certification is beneficial -OSHA 10 certification
