Supervise maintenance team, oversee repairs, unit turns, and resident service.

Tasks

-Lead, train and motivate a high-performing team. -Create and maintain a make-ready schedule. Monitor apartment vacancies daily and oversee and complete the turn over process. -Create an autonomous, engaging, and rewarding environment where you will be valued. -Deliver exceptional experience for residents. -Build strong rapport with residents. -Manage service requests. -Participate in all community maintenance duties, including; preventative maintenance, service request completion, and grounds keeping. -Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing. -Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow up.

What You Bring

-Attention to safety and ability to comply with all MSDA Sheets. -Experience using equipment, supplies, and materials used in the maintenance field. -Ability to multitask and meet goals. -Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds. -Excellent customer service and passion for helping people. -3+ years of Supervisory experience. -Good communication and attention to detail.
