Overview
Operate and monitor IG robot to produce high-quality insulated glass units.

Tasks
-Complete required documentation for production, quality, and maintenance activities. -Ensure damaged product is placed in its proper area and reported to management -Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported. -Handling, measuring, moving and lifting of glass for cutting, finishing and/or loading -Adjust or replace equipment parts, such as rollers, belts, plugs, or caps, using hand tools. -Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. -Report issues to maintenance and assist in troubleshooting and repairs. -Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve any issues. -Maintain inventory of machine specific parts and materials. -Monitor production processes, inspect glass products, and adjust settings to ensure quality standards are met. -Operate IG robotic equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to all company safety standards and guidelines. -Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand or using other equipment throughout the warehouse as directed by management. -Maintain equipment through operator level preventative maintenance to reduce downtime. -Attach identifying tags to product or mark them with identifying information.

What You Bring
Trulite is GROWING! We are seeking a motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented IG Robot Operator to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. This role involves operating and monitoring the Insulated Glass (IG) robot to produce high-quality IG units. The IG Robot Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting the robot, as well as ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. -Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and quality-focused. -High school diploma or GED; additional technical training is a plus. -Prior manufacturing experience -Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with automated or robotic equipment. -Glass industry experience is a plus. -Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure -Must be at least 18 years old -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet production deadlines. -Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
