Overview

Design and develop mechanical components for water control and plumbing systems.

Tasks

-Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. -Support product lifecycle activities including prototyping, testing, and validation. -Conduct engineering analysis, including FEA, tolerance studies, and material selection. -Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projects. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure product feasibility and performance. -Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for water control systems and plumbing products. -Prepare detailed engineering documentation including CAD models, drawings, and specifications.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Creo. -3–5 years of experience in mechanical design or product development. -Experience with FEA tools and engineering analysis. -Knowledge of industry standards such as ASTM and NSF. -Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. -Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. -Experience with DFMEA and design for manufacturability. -Experience in plumbing, water systems, or fluid dynamics.
