Assist GM in managing property, leasing, resident relations, and team leadership.

Tasks
-Contributing to the achievement of established financial objectives by collecting resident rent, posting rental receipts and managing delinquency -Jumping in and covering for your team members when needed -Stepping in and taking responsibility for leading when the GM is not present -Building brand loyalty and reaching resident retention goals by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive -Building a motivating environment that encourages your team to give their very best -Achieving occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which result in new leases -Ensuring that the community’s interior and exterior are impeccable, and the team appropriately represents the Bozzuto brand with a crisp, professional appearance -Taking responsibility for solving customers issues with care and enthusiasm -Connecting with people by engaging in meaningful conversations that demonstrate your concern and genuine desire to make them feel at home -Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the PM/GM is not present

What You Bring
-4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience -Sales aptitude -A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicable -Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content -A sharp professional appearance -Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and account receivables -2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries -Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps and computer programs -Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

$67,362—$70,000 USD The specific benefits outlined above apply to full-time employees at Bozzuto. Benefits for part-time employees and interns will be discussed during the interview process. Contract positions are not eligible for benefits. This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
