Tasks

-Undertaking analysis and assist in the preparation of designs, drawings, reports, and contract documents under supervision. -Ensuring you understand and comply with all Health & Safety requirements, practices, and procedures. -Assisting in the management of projects, including having a financial understanding, from feasibility to completion. -Attending meetings, usually accompanied by senior staff. -Carrying out site inspections and surveys. -Supervising technicians and CAD technicians as required on a day-to-day basis. -Responsibility for carrying out discrete parcels of work accurately within a timescale. -Helping ensure projects are delivered to quality on time and budget.

What You Bring

-A creative and proactive approach to solving problems and developing innovative solutions. -Some work experience with consultant or contractor (desirable). -Agile working. -Strong written communication skills, including annotating drawings, and writing clear reports and letters. -A BEng in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus or interest in water engineering. -A solid understanding of engineering principles, hydraulic analysis, and water treatment processes is desirable. -A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. -Familiarity with Health & Safety legislation (especially CDM) and CAD.
