Assembler 1 - 3rd Shift

Overview

Assemble components, test, pack, and drive continuous improvement on 3rd shift.

Tasks

-Participate in required Level I OJT and cross-training on Level II assembly. -Perform assembly of mechanical components according to work instructions (MTS) and/or OFS. -Utilize shop floor management system to drive Tier 1, 5S, and cross-training principles to promote continuous improvement. -Utilize PIV for crating and packing requirements. -Perform basic assembly rework on various assemblies when a defect is identified to resolve the underlying issue.
