-Work on cutting-edge EV fast-charging technology -Participate in design reviews and share learnings across the engineering team -Model and simulate converters and components -Investigate and resolve design, EMC, and reliability issues -Conduct hands-on testing, validation, and data analysis of prototypes -Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and troubleshooting -Manage your work, pay, and benefits all in one place with our unified app -Design and validate high-efficiency power conversion circuits and systems -Contribute to continuous improvement in design tools, automation, and processes

What You Bring

-Thrive in fast-moving, hands-on environments -Strong communication and teamwork skills -You enjoy working with people from different disciplines -Familiarity with SiC, GaN, or other emerging power device technologies -Hands-on testing and troubleshooting experience -Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Power Engineering (or equivalent experience) -Two or more years in power electronics design, testing, or validation -Enjoy solving complex problems with creative thinking -Experience with simulation and analysis tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, Simulink, or PLECS -You adapt easily to change and stay calm under pressure -You are proactive, accountable, and open to feedback -Strong understanding of converters, inverters, magnetics, and control fundamentals
